ReplyDeleteAre these very different from what I know as French lavender?
This is Lavandula stoechas, GF, and French lavender is Lavandula pedunculata. French lavender has quite a pungent (and for me rather unpleasant smell).
DeleteEnglish lavender is the best-smelling one of all three, but these Italian lavenders are very attractive plants.
I've done a few posts on our garden, but some time ago. I'll do a post soon with some of the Spring flowers out. :-)
