We have been officially designated as being in a "State of Disaster" in Victoria today and we are entering Stage 4 restrictions in the lockdown from tonight. COVID-19 is spreading quickly and the restrictions we have been living under have not been successful. It seems some people in our population have not been doing the right thing (some deniers and conspiracy theorists amongst them), hence the continuing spread...
